Griffins SuperWine Biscuits are a much loved plain New Zealand biscuit that has been around for a long time.  Designed as a simple biscuit to have with a cup of tea, some people also spread butter or margarine on them, and many use them crushed as a base for cheesecake. 

The gluten free Wine Biscuits are made with rice flour, sorghum flour, potato flour and soy flour.

And made in Australia (shock horror!).

Perfect to give the gluten intolerant or celiac who would love to have Griffins Super Wine biscuits again.
