This NZ waxed cord with sliding knots is perfect for those necklaces that have a large hole for the cord or those where the cord can be looped through the carving, like manaia or koru greenstone or bone necklaces.

With the sliding knots, the necklace can go over your head easily and the cord can be adjusted so the necklace sits in just the right spot.

We have instructions on how to tie a sliding knot here , but if that is too much bother just buy one of these.

This is a 1.5mm cord, and is lightly waxed.
